Shipping
What shipping methods are available?
By default we ship all our watches via Economy Shipping methods. This takes 5-8 business days within USA and 6-18 days in other countries worldwide. You can chose Express Shipping at checkout, but this will come at an extra cost.
How much is the shipping to my country?
Economy shipping is Free! Express shipping comes with an extra cost, based on the country where the watch will be shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship our watches everywhere in the world!
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major cards, apple pay, meta pay and shop pay.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
We do not charge any type of sales tax. We are also not responsible for any custom or duties tax in your country of import.
Returns & Refunds
I want to return my purchase, what do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your watch within thirty days. To do this please send us an email and we will show you the next steps.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
All refunds are issues within 7 days from the day we receive the watch. Processing times can vary from bank to bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 days from the day we received your return.
How can i cancel or change my order?
You need to write us within 6 hours of placing your order. We can cancel or change your order if the shipment has not been processed yet.
